A few tips to sell your home

First Impression

The first impression is definately the curb appeal. If the buyer do not feel welcome, most probably will not come in. Make sure to clean your front yard, some seasonal flowers will help the look, if necessary refresh the painting of your front door.

Come on in!

Once the buyer is at your door step, means that he liked the general appearance of your house. Now let talk about the inside. Make sure to have a fresh and inviting hodor when he walk in; reduce the clottering around your living area by eliminating things like family pictures, "nik-nets" and such; replace your used towels with fresh ones in the baths; turn on your stereo to a soft-music chanel at low volume.

Very important

Do not give free advises if you were not asked!

Let the Buyer picture himself into the house without suggesting him how you would change the kitchen or remove such wall etc....
